Where a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) exists between you and Factzz Media LLC, that agreement governs the applicable engagement and prevails over any conflicting provision of these terms.

No client relationship is formed by submitting an inquiry, requesting an executive briefing, or completing a vendor intake form.
