Payment Protocols & Remittance Policy

Yalgar Consulting Company (YCC) operates on a clinical, results-driven financial model. This policy outlines the protocols for resource allocation, retainer schedules, and the execution of our proprietary Margin Recovery Fee (MRF).

1. Strategic Retainers

All diagnostic engagements require an upfront Strategic Retainer. This ensures the allocation of high-tier consulting resources and the prioritization of the client dataset within our predictive modeling queues. Retainers are non-refundable once the Initial Diagnostic Phase has commenced.

2. Performance-Based Fees (MRF)

For Private Equity and Enterprise-level operational re-engineering, YCC utilizes the **Margin Recovery Fee** model:

  • Base Fee: Standard hourly or project-based billing.
  • Variable Recovery: A performance incentive equal to **7.5% to 12.5%** of the total margin leakage recovered over a 24-month period following implementation.

3. Audit Verification

Margin recovery calculations are verified via a quarterly Joint Audit Review (JAR). In the event of a discrepancy, a third-party accounting firm, mutually agreed upon by YCC and the Client, will provide a final determination.

4. Remittance Windows

Standard invoices are due within **10 business days** of issuance (Net-10). Performance-based fees are invoiced quarterly and are due within **15 business days** of the Audit Verification completion.

5. Interest & Penalties

Late payments incur an interest rate of 1.5% per month, compounded daily, or the maximum rate permitted by law in the State of Wyoming, whichever is lower. Failure to remit payment within 30 days results in immediate suspension of operational support.

6. Transaction Security

Financial remittances are executed strictly via secure ACH or wire transfer through **Factzz Media LLC**. We do not accept credit card payments for enterprise engagements to maintain the integrity of our financial audit trail.
